Mentoring/Training

For those who wish to excel in health and safety performance we offer one to one or small group sessions on a range of topics from leadership skills to incident response and investigation.

We have particular experience in training directors and senior managers from outside the jurisdiction of the UK, who now find themselves working within an unfamiliar regulatory framework, or those promoted into senior position who feel their performance in the new role would benefit from some intensive training.

These one to one sessions, often bespoke to the individual, provide an exceptionally good means of expediting a person’s learning and understanding of vital topics, in an environment where all of their questions can be debated and answered, and at a pace suitable to the individual.
