The team at Osborn Abas Hunt is experienced in a broad range of regulatory proceedings including coroners’ inquests, enforcement notice appeals, prosecutions, professional conduct hearings and applications for Judicial Review.
Our team includes a number of experienced and confident advocates, familiar with all applicable rules of evidence and procedures, and who are well placed to ensure that a client’s objectives can be met at the earliest opportunity. Some of our team have previously gained experience on the other side of the enforcement fence, and their prosecutorial and investigative experience is invaluable in ensuring that our client’s receive the very best advice and information on the approach of the regulator.

We are particularly accomplished in trial work, and have successfully defended a number of organisations and individuals facing prosecution. We have also enjoyed considerable success in the appeal of enforcement notices, and are experienced in proceedings before the High Court in complex judicial review work.
