We have particular expertise in the regulations specific to the construction, transport and energy sectors, as well as broad experience in regulations of general application.
We are often retained at the planning stage of major projects to help our clients put in place robust and compliant policies and procedures aimed at ensuring the project meets the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance. In this context, we have significant experience in high hazard civil engineering projects and we provide services ranging from health and safety leadership training to advice on site rules, proposed site arrangements, and shaping systems to incorporate our experiences of human behaviours which have led to incidents elsewhere.
We are also often asked to help resolve disputes between duty holders that arise during the life of a project, generally related to the safety controls required in a particular situation, and can provide guidance and input which delivers a swift resolution.
