11-ABOUT-US-WHITE-CROP

Having been a solicitor practising in the area of Health and Safety for over 28 years, it was clear from the very beginning to our founder, Madeleine Abas, that businesses were making the same mistakes over and over, and their highly trained leaders and workforce often did not know what their contribution should look like.

Madeleine felt it was the natural progression to use her legal and practical knowledge, to look at why something was going wrong in a way that helps businesses to achieve continuous improvement.

It was out of this realisation that the focus on education was born.

“If I needed to instruct a solicitor in this field, Madeleine would be my first choice”

Origin of Yellow Triangle

Having been a solicitor practising in the area of Health and Safety for over 27 years, it was clear from the very beginning to our founder, Madeleine Abas, that businesses were making the same mistakes over and over, and their highly trained leaders and workforce often did not know what their contribution should look like.

Madeleine felt it was the natural progression to use her legal and practical knowledge, to look at why something was going wrong in a way that helps businesses to achieve continuous improvement.

It was out of this realisation that the focus on education was born.

We are passionate about helping your business learn from the mistakes of others, to commit to improved performance and to help your people achieve a greater understanding and clearer vision of the contribution they can and should make to help keep people at work, and those affected by work activities, safe and healthy. This passion is channelled into innovative and engaging ways to inspire and inform audiences.
The appeal for our clients was further enhanced by changes to the sentencing guidelines that meant that it became even more vital that focus be placed on prevention rather than cure. Companies work with us to focus on developing skills and knowledge to help prevent incidents that may end up in prosecution.

We set ourselves apart with our level of integration and immersion in our clients’ health and safety policies to allow us to design and deliver bespoke and tailored training packages to be delivered to all levels of the business hierarchy, as well as designing e-learning programmes targeted towards the business’ specific needs.
