Representing the country’s largest housebuilder in respect of a fatality of a worker that occurred at a large housing development in Crewe.

Successfully defended a large UK construction company in a 2 week trial following an accident where a construction worker was crushed by 2.6 tonnes of metal; a case which took 5 years to come to trial.
